RATES AND CAMPSITE INFORMATION

Season Open: May 1st 2025 to October 12th, 2025

• Camping Rates are based on two guests ages 21 & over and their children (ages 17 & under) One Unit Per Campsite
• Check-In: 3:00 pm for all sites, Check-Out: 1:00 pm for RV Sites and 11:00 am for Cabins
• No motorized mopeds, scooters, four-wheelers, or dirt bikes
• Need to be 18 or older with a valid driver's license to drive the golf carts and 21 years or older to rent a golf cart

Standard Water/Electric

• Daily - $46.00

Additional Rates

• Additional guests ages 18 & over (2 Included) - $5.00 per day for each additional
• Small Cabin - $80.00 per day
• Large Cabin - $90.00 per day
• Yurt - $100.00 per day
• 5.5% sales tax will apply to all rates
• A $3/hour fee will apply for all early check-ins and check-outs

Holidays Require a Minimum Stay

Holiday weekends will have an increased rate of an additional $3.00 per night

• Memorial Weekend 05/24/24 - 05/27/24 (3 Nights)
• Independence Weekend 07/04/24 - 07/07/24 (3 Nights)
• Labor Day Weekend 08/30/24 - 09/02/24 (3 Nights)

Cancellations

14 days or more before check-in: You will be given a refund minus a convenience and handling fee

Less than 14 days before check-in: Non-refundable. No refunds will be issued
